Self-assembling wires

From way back in 2015 they were doing experiments with self assembling wires using high voltage, in this case 20000 volts applied to ball bearings suspended in castor oil. First demonstrated by Dr. Hubler from the university of Illinois. Not sure what I could use this for but growing conductive wires would be a cool trick.
